The Site

This site was put together for the sole purposes of helping men recognize and step into the roles God has called us to (in regard to our families) in His Word. This is accomplished by sharing helpful links, sites, messages, books, and other great resources that have helped guide us in our journeys. It also allows us a place to share what God is doing in our lives. From time to time we run across sites, podcasts, books, or articles that help us out, so we have tried to categorize and share them with you. We hope they help. If you have any resources you would like to share or you see a way the website could improve and be more helpful please feel free to contact me.

The main focus of this site is to help men in the leadership of their homes. I chose this focal point because I saw a need for direction and tools. We all know as Christian men that we should lead our family and we are constantly told we need to do a better job. But if you’re like me I was always paralyzed by the “how to”. The resources shared here are those that have helped me so much along the way.

It is not the intent of this website to get you to focus only on your family and completely neglect the other things Christ has commanded us to do. We are to love Him, worship Him, love others, share the Gospel, make disciples, minister to our brothers & sisters in the Lord, feed the hungry, etc. To sum it up, I didn’t want anyone to think that this (emphasis on family) is all there is to being a godly man. Family leadership just happens to be this site’s niche. Again, thanks for dropping by!
